Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday, April 19 that he was going to discuss, among other things, security topics and the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, TASS reports.

"Of course, security issues will also be in the center of our attention, including those related to Karabakh. There are still many problems, I agree with you," Putin said.

Also Tuesday, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov revealed that a package of bilateral documents will be signed during Pashinyan's visit to Moscow.

Pashinyan's trip comes on the heels of a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and President of the European Council Charles Michel in Brussels on April 6. In the Belgian capital, Pashinyan and Aliyev agreed to set up a bilateral border commission by the end of April.
