Robert Khachatryan has been appointed Armenia's Minister of High-Tech Industry, according to a decree signed by President Vahagn Khachaturyan on Wednesday, April 27.

Khachatryan earlier held the position of the Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry, while Khachaturyan himself served as Minister for a brief period before becoming the country's new president.
