The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 17 to reach 422,917 between May 11 and 16, according to information provided by the Health Ministry.

Fresh figures also revealed that 21 more people recovered, and no patient died died from Covid-19 in the past week.

A total of 8934 tests have been performed in the reporting period, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said.

So far, 412,071 people have recovered, 8623 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1684 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
