Georgia is ready to organize a meeting of members of the parliaments of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Tbilisi in order to promote a peaceful dialogue, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Georgian Parliament Nikoloz Samkharadze said At the last session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Birmingham on Wednesday, July 6.

Speaking about the importance of stability and tranquility in the South Caucasus, Samkharadze expressed Georgia's readiness to play a stabilizing role in ensuring peace in the region, Report.az reports.

"We are ready to receive our Azerbaijani and Armenian colleagues in Tbilisi in order to promote a peaceful dialogue," he said.

Samkharadze is the head of the Georgian delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
