Ameriabank's leasing operations volume increased by 119% in the first quarter of 2009
Ameriabank's leasing operations volume increased by 119% in the first quarter of 2009, the bank's Press Service reported. Ameriabank is among the few in Armenian banking system that has been providing leasing services since June 2008, planning to develop them in current year.
In the beginning of 2009 Ameriabank's leasing operations volume comprised AMD 146 million.
According to 1st quarter results leasing operations volume grew to AMD 320 million, 84% prvided by construction companies, 12% by trade enterprises and 4% by healthcare sphere.
Ameriabank's leasing services presentation was held on Mar. 30-31. The presentation aimed to introduce advantages of leasing services and make effective collaboration proposals to Business circles of Armenia.
