The society created by Azerbaijan's "dictator [Ilham] Aliyev is almost completely poisoned by xenophobia", Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan said on social media on January 4.

Stepanayn cited, in particular, comments from Azerbaijani users under any of his posts, which he said show the volume of Armenophobia in Azerbaijan.

The tweet Stepanyan shared was immediately flooded with accusations against Armenia and the Armenian people in general.
