Turkey will never do anything to damage relations with Azerbaijan, Turkish State Minister said.

"We are brothers and nothing can part us," Cemil Cicek, adding that Ankara's position on relations with Armenia has not changed.

"The border will not be opened unless Armenia quits Azerbaijani territories," he said.
