Two Russian women, who were hospitalized in Moscow presumably with swine flu, actually had ordinary chill.
The World Health Organization reported Friday that 331 people have been infected with the H1N1 virus.

The virus, commonly known as swine flu, has spread to 11 countries, with the hardest hit areas in the western hemisphere, the organization said.

In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it had confirmed 109 cases of the flu with one death. The pandemic threat level was raised to a five on a six-level scale Thursday.
