Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is expected to visit Azerbaijan in May, Hulusi Kilic, Turkish Ambassador in Baku said. "During the visit, parties will discuss issues of mutual interest," he said.

The Turkish diplomat noted the possibility of discussions over expanding cooperation in different spheres. "Rumors on increasing gas prices for Turkey are untrue. Azerbaijan and Turkey have signed a gas purchase agreement which establishes the price for gas delivery," he stressed.

"During the first half of the current month, Mr. Erdogan will also visit Moscow by the invitation of RF premier Vladimir Putin." According to Mass Media reports, Erdogan is to arrive in Baku after the Moscow meeting.
