Baku deeply concerned over possible normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations
Turkish leadership should think over the grave consequences opening of the border with Armenia will have, an Azeri expert said.

"Turkey forgot the interests of its only strategic ally - Azerbaijan. This can cause a split between the two nations," Mubariz Ahmedoglu said.

The process of Turkish-Armenian reconciliation is guided by the United States, according to him.

The expert also called on Azeri and Turkish MPs to prevent discussion of Turkish history in U.S. Congress, Novosti Azerbaijan reports.
