Azerbaijan wants to repeat August 2008 scenario
Open preparation of a new aggression against Nagorno Karabakh resembles the scenario of last year's war in South Ossetia, advisor to Armenian Defense Minister, major general Hayk Kotanjyan writes in his "Referendum- strategic key to stability and security in Caucasus" article.
"Conduction of another referendum at the sites where the Armenian and Azeri communities now live would be pragmatic. International experience in of UN and OSCE missions in Kosovo should also be used," the article says
