Ex-first deputy of foreign minister of Armenia, aide of ex-president Levon Ter-Petrosian, US citizen Jirayr Liparitian was in Baku with private visit for two weeks. It should be noted, at present, he does not represent Armenia. The aim of his visit to Azeri capital is the collection of information for his future book on the Karabakh conflict. He met with political figures, experts and diplomats. It should be noted, after his resignation Liparitian has already visited Baku once.
