Hasan Firusabadi considers "Zionist state president's visit to Baku to be an incorrect step". According to him Baku has to take a careful approach to this issue, instead of straining the situation even more. "I don't think Peres's visit is a friendly step towards Iran," he said.
According to 1news.az, Israel President Shimon Peres will pay his first official visit to Baku in the beginning of July. Peres is considered to be one of the most skillful diplomats. His visit to Azerbaijan will carry a character of civilized rapprochement. In his preparatory contacts for the visit Peres emphasized that Azeri people showed sincere friendship to Jewish people through many centuries. Baku noted that visit of Peres is a specific reply to Tehran for its rapprochement with Armenia.
