Orange is a rather strong company enjoying high reputation on European market, Dmitry Pleskonos, VimpelCom's Executive Vice President on CIS Development Issues, told today a news conference. As to what extent they will manage to apply their experience on CIS territory, it's matter of future, according Vice President. Pleskonos also touched upon VimpelCom's great experience of cooperation with VivaCell-MTS, as their company's advantage over Orange. "A big company entering a small market should not look forward to quick return. All big companies implement long-term projects," he noted.
