OSCE MG: No document will be signed in St. Petersburg
"We don't expect Armenian and Azeri Presidents to sign any documents, but we do believe there'll be some progress," OSCE MG Co-Chair Matthew Bryza said after meeting with Azeri President Ilham Aliyev.
