Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan hosted the heads of five Russian regions—Alexander Tsybulsky (Arkhangelsk), Igor Kobzev (Irkutsk), Yuri Slyusar (Rostov), Veniamin Kondratyev (Krasnodar), and Vladimir Vladimirov (Stavropol)—who are in Armenia for the 10th Armenian-Russian Interregional Forum.

Welcoming the guests, Grigoryan emphasized the importance of enhancing decentralized cooperation and expressed hope that agreements reached between Armenian provinces and Russian federal subjects during the forum will lead to tangible outcomes and joint project implementation.

The meeting also covered potential avenues for strengthening Armenian-Russian relations in trade, economic development, and tourism.
