Israel will not bomb Iran, Israel's Foreign Ministry says
Israel has no intention to bomb Iran, Isreali FM Avigdor Liberman announced in Moscow. "Iran's joining a nuclear club will be followed by an unprecedented armament race in Near East. This already poses threat to international order. But we will not bomb Iran. We are not going to pull the chestnut out of fire for anyone," he said. "Israel does not share a common border with Iran, and we have no claims towards any Iranian zones. That's why we don't want others to use us as tools for solving world problems. The countries having most fears of and concerns about Iranian nuclear program are the Emirates, Saudi Arabia and others. Iran, in general, contributes to instability in the region. We see its active work in Lebanon, Egypt and Iraq. That's why the problem does not pertain to Israel," Russian BBC quotes Israeli FM as saying.
