"Our society has formed an opinion that time is ripe for amnesty and this step would put an end to all March1, 2008 events. I'm assured that this opinion is wrong, as, in reality, amnesty should be the start of innocent people's liberation, establishment of independent justice and democratic atmosphere in the country," Heritage Parliamentary Faction Secretary Larisa Alaverdyan told a news conference.


She also noted that independent justice and democratic atmosphere will promote the trust for RA authorities.
