The secretary of the Security Council of Russian Federation Vladimir Rushailo has arrived in Yerevan today. During the two-day visit he will meet with president Robert Kocharian and secretary of the Security Council, defense minister Serge Sarkisian. The issues regarding bilateral cooperation in the military sphere and partnership within the Collective Security Treaty framework will be discussed.
