Sev Оhanian’s “Sinners” wins 2 Grammys

The horror film Sinners by Armenian-American director Sev Ohanian won two Grammy Awards in the music categories dedicated to visual media.

The awards were given in the categories of Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media and Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media.

Composer Ludwig Göransson won in the first category for his original score. The second award was granted to the film’s overall soundtrack compilation.

Sinners has already made headlines by setting a record with 16 Oscar nominations, the most ever for a horror film.

It was also the third most-nominated film at this year’s Golden Globe Awards, earning seven nominations and winning in the Cinematic and Box Office Achievement category.
