ARARAT Museum takes part in Bookuboran Book Festival

On February 21 and 22, the Bookuboran book festival took place at the Woods Center, where the ARARAT Museum presented the temporary exhibition “ARARAT. Miniatures.”

The exhibition “ARARAT. Miniatures” was dedicated to the history of ARARAT Armenian brandy labels and presented them as a distinctive expression of cultural memory and graphic art. Each label featured in the exhibition reflected its era. The typography, color, and symbolic language combined to convey not only the character of the drink, but also the values - time, patience, and craftsmanship - that define the art of creating ARARAT brandy.

“ARARAT brandy labels have never been perceived merely as examples of industrial design. They represent a unique visual chronicle of cultural memory, craftsmanship, and identity. Over the decades, ARARAT labels have transformed the heritage of Armenian brandy into a graphic language, bringing together history, myths, landscape, and contemporary design thinking,” noted Zaruhi Saribekyan, Communications Manager of Yerevan Brandy Company.
