"On his way to Baku from Tokyo, Azeri Foreign Minister managed to have a number of important discussions with his Turkish colleague Ahmet Davutoglu in Istanbul. Meetings between US and RF Leaders are due in Moscow, where NKR conflict negotiations will take place. RA and Azeri presidents' meeting within negotiations' frameworks in possible," Azeri politologist Rasim Musabekov stated.

According to Musabekov, "Should Moscow negotiations for NKR conflict settlement yield no results, Baku intends to address UNO with Turkey as a temporary UN Security Council member.
