Two thousand people were arrested and hundreds are missing in Iran
Around 3000 Iranians participated in Sunday's opposition rally in Tehran. According to witnesses, local police has been trying to disperse rally participants by using teargas.

All through the period of opposition rallies' suppression, two thousand people were arrested and hundreds are missing in Iran, International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH) Vice-President in Iran Abdol Karim Lahiji said at a rally in support of Iranian opposition in Paris.

EU called on Tehran to provide the security of western embassies' employees. OSCE Foreign Ministers urged for liberation of 8 Iranian employees of British Embassy in Tehran, detained on a charge of participation in disorders. Paris rally participants resolved to give collective rebuff to the attempts of Iranian law enforcement agencies to intimidate and persecute European diplomats in Iran, the Media reported.
