"A scheduled Brussels meeting between RA, NKR and Azerbaijan representatives is postponed," Head of NKR Social Council for External Policy and Security, Masis Mailyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"European Union Ministerial Troika Delegation will arrive in Moscow in July, so the meeting in Brussels will be postponed till September," Mailyan noted.
