Achieving peace in the region will be impossible unless Stepanakert participates in Karabakh settlement talks, NKR Defense Minister told journalists in Askeran region, as reported by a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent from Karabakh. We'll introduce our positions provided we become direct party to talks," Defense Minister said.
