Recent events around Artsakh cause anxiety of RA former foreign minister
Armenian former Foreign Minister Alexander Arzoumanyan expressed anxiety during press conference today, which caused by numerous statements of senior Azerbaijani officials which remained without comments from the Armenian part.

"The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group off the common phrases, Azerbaijan gives his views on the Karabakh problem, Armenia is silent, but Karabakh behaves as if this is the problem of Cyprus," Arzoumanyan said.

He also expressed concerns since co-chairs have not visited Karabakh the other day. This is for the third time when co-chairs delayed their visit to Karabakh during this year.
Ex-minister finds that Armenia became an outsider in the negotiation process, because the co-chairs and other organizations addressing the central issues, Azerbaijan freely declares its solutions, and Armenia is silent and waiting when the international community will come to a consensus and begin to impose their solutions".
