Yerevan has today hosted the opening of the new building of National Security Council (NSC). Opening ceremony was attended by RA President Serzh Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, French Ambassador Serzh Smesov, Head of OSCE Office in Yerevan Sergey Kapinos and other officials.

In his welcoming speech, NSC Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan expressed his gratitude to the guests, especially President Serzh Sargsyan, for providing assistance in the council's activities.
