The Armenian National Congress will soon announce creation of human rights violations file

"The file will contain all cases of human rights violations by Armenia state agencies, local self-government and law enforcement," former deputy prosecutor general Gagik Jahangiryan told a news conference on Tuesday.

Asked how the file will be used, Jahangiryan said that it will be handed to Armenia's future leader, Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
