Armenian citizens' crime rate decreased in Russia
Armenian citizens' crime rate decreased in Russia, Russian Minister of Defense Rashid Nurgaliyev said. According to him, crime rate fell by 22%.
"Joint work with Armenian colleagues is yielding positive results," Nurgaliyev stated, adding that military departments of both states established information exchange system, which has been stably operating for 10 years.
