"Armenia does not participate in European initiatives whenever Russia is opposed to them, for instance, non-participation of Armenia in PFP military training, with an alleged reason of Georgian armored troop's riot," Heritage party representative, RA MP Stepan Safaryan told a joint news conference with RA Republican Party representative Karen Avagyan.
