Karen Avagyan neither denies or confirms Galust Sahakyan's statement on RA-Turkey border
"Relations with Turkey are important to Armenia. We're currently waiting for Turkey's response on this issue. Opening of borders with Turkey is important to attain economic goals," RA Republican Party representative Karen Avagyan noted at a joint news conference on Monday.

When questioned by PanARMENIAN.Net reporter if words of RA Republican Party Leader Galust Sahakyan, who stated that opening roads with Turkey does not spell the acknowledgement of existing border with Armenia, could be considered as party's position, Karen Avagyan neither denied or confirmed the statement.

RA Republican Party Leader Galust Sahakyan stated at a news conference of July 24, "It's important to note that we would like to open roads between Armenia and Turley and not the border, as the fact has yet to be proven that the existing line is the actual border between the two countries."
