Superpowers don't have common approach to Karabakh problem
Ex facte, Kosovo and Karabakh problems are alike and recognition of Kosovo's independence could be a precedent for resolution of Karabakh conflict. But the point is that the international community takes a political decision as regards any conflict, according to Khosrov Harutyunyan, leader of the Christian Democratic Union of Armenia.

"Even Russia could not prevent the West's decision on Kosovo. As to Karabakh, superpowers don't have a common approach to this problem," he said.
