ANC believe that a large-scale agreement on NKR is intensely developed
"In my opinion, a large-scale agreement is developed in Krakow intensely over resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, which is evidenced by different facts," David Shahnazaryan, member of Coordinating Council of the Armenian National Congress, told a today's press conference in Yerevan.

According Shakhnazarian, significant agreements were achieved during the last meeting in Moscow had achieved, during such high level meetings verbal agreements do not differ from written ones at all.

As additional argumentation of his words, Mr. Shahnazaryan cited statements of the EU and the European Commission that they are willing to support the ongoing process of conflict resolution.

Mr. Shahnazaryan also discussed a possible war, saying that if the war is resumed in the conflict zone none of Armenia's allies would support the country.
