"The implementation of Nabucco project is possible under certain conditions. There are some issues, which required hard working. For example, volume of the gas the consumers need. The project can be implemented after the gas suppliers are specified", researcher of the Center for Energy, Marine Transportation and Public Policy of Columbia University Canen Mitchell told journalists. The researcher said both political factors and gas insufficiency could tackle the project. "The sources, which will supply the Nabucco pipeline, are not specified yet".

Mitchell said Iran's participation in the project depended on the Iran-US relations, APA reported.
