"When an Armenian politician criticizes his country, it is one thing, but criticism of a foreigner is disrespect to the state", Hayk Babukhanyan said. "Foreigners should not allow themselves extra things" Babukhanyan said.

"According to Madrid principles, some land will be returned to Azerbaijan, and we will receive the independence of Nagorno Karabakh Republic instead, " Hayk Babukhanyan said, adding that if the parties seek a peaceful settlement, they will have to make some concessions.
