By decision of RA Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian Ruben Sinoyan was appointed to the post of deputy minister of transport and communications, press service of the RA government reports. By another decision of the RA prime minister Vardan Karapetyan assigned the office of deputy minister of agriculture.
