Hulusi Kilic's advise mostly needed for Turkey
It's no secret that Turkish Ambassador in Azerbaijan is a diplomatic envoy performing specific tasks. So from time to time he makes statements and comments which go beyond accepted norms of diplomatic ethics with the aim of flattering the "younger brother's" government, RA parliamentarian Edward Sharmazanov said, commenting upon Turkish Ambassador Hulusi Kilic's recent statement that "Armenian President may go to Turkey by plane if he really wants to."

"As regards his advice to RA President, I think if much respected Ambassador had more thoroughly thought over the existing problem and performed his direct duties, he'd have realized that such advice was mostly needed for his government, at least in terms of respecting the agreements achieved," Sharmazanov noted.
