Protocols on "Establishing Diplomatic ties between Armenia and Turkey" need approval by two countries' Parliaments, Turkish Prime Recep Tayyip Erdogan said. According to Turkish official, those documents cannot be considered valid unless they are approved by Armenian and Turkish legislators.
