Opposition representative calls ex-President Kocharyan " the architect of March 1 events"
Ex- RA President Robert Kocharyan is the architect of March 1 events, and has to bear responsibility, RA NA independent MP Victor Dallakyan stated at today's parliamentary hearing on March 1, 2008 events.
Victor Dallakyan proposed to implement constitutional reforms, institute parliamentary government, form 2-Chamber National Assembly and establish a tradition in accordance to which 3 RA Presidents will deliver consensual statements during critical events in the country.
