Heritage demands ex RA President Robert Kocharyan be held responsible
At Thursdays' parliamentary sitting on discussion of RA NA interim committee's March 1, 2008 events report , Heritage party Leader Armen Martirosyan stated that RA government learnt no lesson from tragic events of March 1 and did not agree for a dialogue with opposition.
He cited the following facts as a proof: after March 1 events, RA government did not approve legislative initiatives of Heritage Party, 4 MPs were deprived of mandates, state authorities were executing RA governments' political order.
He also demanded the following persons be held responsible for March 1 events: ex RA President Robert Kocharyan, ex RA Police Chief Hayk Harutyunyan, ex RA Defense Minister Michael Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff at RA Defense Ministry Yuri Khatchaturov, RA Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan and other executors of political order.
