Qualifying match of the Youth European Championship between the teams of Montenegro and Kazakhstan will be held October 14 in Montenegro. The match will be served by the team of arbitrators from Armenia, headed by Ararat Chagharyan . Vanik Simonyan and Arman Ghushchyan will be assistants of Ararat Chagharyan, Karen Nalbandyan has been assigned as 4th arbitrator.
