Award-giving ceremony of Commonwealth of Debuts international competition among young teachers from the CIS countries was held in in Kishinev at the CIS Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia IV Forum. History teacher of the Yerevan school number 198 Sarkis Khachatryan and Armenian language teacher of the secondary school of Armenia's Arge village Vakhtang Ananyan are among prize winners.  
 
Commonwealth debuts award is annually given to winners of the competition held in the CIS countries, for the best work or achievement in the area of humanitarian cooperation. The founders of the award are the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of CIS countries.
