Armenian Ministry of Culture honored Gyumri-based sculptor Albert Vardanyan with a letter of commendation for contribution to modern visual arts, strengthening of Armenian-German relations and Pulsar bronze sculpture.

The sculpture was inaugurated in the yard of Bochum, Germany, on November 19, 2006. It was praised highly by German media.
