Armenian chess player Lilit Mkrtchyan made a draw with Russia's Baira Kovanova in the 1st tour of FIDE Grand Prix 2 round which kicked in Nanking (China) on September 27.

In the 2nd tour, Mkrtchyan will play vs. France's Marie Sebag.
