OSCE monitoring held without incidents
The OSCE monitoring of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border was conducted without incidents, a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent reported from the scene.

The Armenian side requested Azerbaijan for a meeting between administration heads but the suggestion was rejected over "absence of orders from Baku."

"I am not the one to decide," said colonel Abbasov, commander of the 707th brigade of the Azerbaijani armed forces.

As to exchange of POWs, representative of the RA general staff, lieutenant colonel Samvel Asatryan said 6 Armenian soldiers are in Azeri captivity at the moment.

"We are negotiating with international organizations but no agreement has been concluded yet," he said.
