RA Government delayed implementation of anti-crisis programs in agriculture sphere
Armenian government has delayed implementation of anti-crisis programs in agriculture sphere said Avag Harutyunyan, Head of Marat Armenian wine makers union. According to him, problems in the sphere could be predicted back in spring 2009. "We felt real crisis impact in August 2009, and I see we are going to suffer losses in October," he said.

Factories, according to him, have not received government's credit, and factory managers have not made requests for reducing credit interest rates. "In this way, we lost significant shares in sales market and will be unable to recover them," Maran company's director noted, adding that Armenian products have a high cost price and vacant places in market will be filled by low quality products. "We won't be able to recover 25-30% of our losses within 7-8 years," Harutyunyan said.
