On October 2, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan met with Belgian Senate Speaker Armand de Decker who is carrying out an official visit to Armenia. Armenian FM expressed satisfaction with the high level of Armenian-Belgian relations and hoped for further cooperation between two countries' parliaments. In his turn, Armand de Decker thanked Foreign Minister for warm reception and stressed that bilateral visits contributed to active political dialogue between two states.

Parties discussed possibilities for cooperation in scientific, cultural and educational spheres. Mr. Nalbandyan also introduced Armenian side's position on Karabakh conflict and Armenian-Turkish rapprochement, RA MFA press service reports.
