Armenian organizations in Moscow call on President not to sign Protocols
Armenian organizations in Moscow have released a joint statement urging RA President not to sign Armenian-Turkish Protocols.

Parties claim that initial Protocols signed between Armenia and Turkey contain well-known Turkish preconditions, i.e. de jure recognition of de facto borders and creation of historical committee. Statement also says that documents are just part of Turkish state's policy, and Turkey links Protocol ratification and border opening with one precondition - Armenian side's concessions in Karabakh settlement process.

Organizations which signed the statement claim that Protocol ratification will enable Turkey to exert pressures on Armenia. In that connection, they call on RA authorities to refrain from signing Protocols and renounce current negotiation process.
