Everyone has the right to express his view, but such kind of insulting statements testify to absence of arguments. Those who oppose Armenian-Turkish Protocols are mostly people who are either unfamiliar with document contents or are under the influence of opponents of Armenian-Turkish dialogue," Hakobyan stressed.
