The parties gave high assessment to RA-France friendly relations, emphasizing the importance of further collaboration development. Foreign Ministers focused on RA-EU relations development perspectives as well as NKR conflict settlement issue. Edward Nalbandian stressed the constructive role played by France in its capacity of MG OSCE Co-Chair.

The parties concluded an agreement on reciprocal elimination of entrance licenses for diplomatic passport holders, undertaking the first step towards visa regime facilitation process for the entry to EU states.
